Green Prizm Screen "Z-20 Series"

ZAMP series Z-20 protectors are designed to fit all ZAMP series RZ headsets. Zamp Z-20 shields have a thickness of 3 mm with detachable rods. All Z-20 visors also have an anti-fog coating. Please note that guests should not place the transparent movie (supplied on all standard visors) on the Prism visakes. This will not protect the visor and could damage the visor coating. Replacing the Zamp Z-20 shield: Note: It is important not to use electric tools or override the screws when changing the protections. Step 1 Place a towel on a flat surface and put the helmet on it. Step 2 Remove the shield pivot tensioners from each side. This is the smallest screw on the sides of the shield. Step 3 Remove the shield pivot screws on each side. This is the biggest screw on the side of the shield. For best results, we suggest you use a quarter to loosen / tighten that. Step 4 Remove the shield. We suggest you use a fabric towel to wipe the rubber seal as well as the place where the visor rises on the helmet for better results. Step 5 Place the shield on the helmet. There are two white washers between the visor and the helmet, make sure they are in place before reinstalling the visor. Step 6 Screw the shield pins (screw greater) with holding the shield in place. Once handed by hand, use a coin and tighten until they are well adjusted with the helmet hull. Do not tighten too much. Step 7 Hand tread the shield pivot tensioners, then tighten the desired voltage for the movement of the shield.
