stabilizer bar fastening Front 30 mm is an original manufacturer frame accessory kit (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is specially designed to fix, guide and lock the front torsion bar in both rings for this purpose on the front tubes of the chassis.
This complete diameter kit 30 mm adapts to the vast majority of adult competition chassis (categories Rotax, X30, ok, kz) of the group Birel ART. The front stabilizer bar is the fastest and most efficient geometry setting tool to instantly change the behavior of your front train. Depending on the track's grip and weather conditions, this kit allows you to ride, disassemble or rotate your bars in record time in the stands.
Specificities of the kit "ready to go up":

- 3. Tip in Michel (the corner of the expert)
* "Hi the artists of the key of 10! The bar before 30 mm is your best ally to grant the front train to the state of the track. The more you stiffer the front (bar mounted and tight), the more the kart will be incisive at the flying. If the track is Armored with gum and the kart raises too much or jump, we turn off the bar or loose to release the tube.
My trick for this attachment kit: never climb your dry flanges on the chassis tube or around the bar. The vibrations and twists of the frame are huge curved. If you tighten metal against dry metal, the pieces will mark each other, and you will have a dog badger to adjust or slide your bar between two sleeves.
Clean the accommodation on the chassis, and apply a slight shot of lubricant spray (type WD40) or a fine grease hazel inside the 30 mm fasteners. When blocking the flanges, make sure that the bar is perfectly centered and does not bridge the natural flexibility of the tubes at the stop. And above all, check that the fasteners do not rub against your steering column or your rods! "*

❓ 5. FAQ SEO (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: Does this fastener set the stabilizer bar before ?
A: No, this kit exclusively includes the set of fixing parts (flanges, necklaces and screws) required to maintain a bar. The 30 mm bars are proposed in several different models and rigidities, and are sold separately on our site.
Q: How to choose the right bar model to associate with this fastener ?
A: The choice depends on the desired behavior. A round steel bar provide maximum rigidity to find a front train on a slippery or cold track. A flat bar allows an intermediate adjustment (very rigid in one direction, more flexible if it is pivoted). Finally, a nylon bar / Teflon offers an ideal compromise to relax the train on a very adherent track.
Q: This 30 mm kit is compatible with other brands like Tony Kart or CRG ? ?
A: This kit is originally designed for group architectures Birel Art (Freeline). Although it can be technically adapted to other frames also using 30 mm front bars, we advise you to check the distance and shape of the original brackets of your frame if you drive with another brand.
