AR MOD IPK V 1 PADS AFTER 2015

RUNNING IN RACING PADS
The goal is to get the MFK brake pads up to maximum racing temperatures, but to do it slowly (breaking in too quickly will result in glazing) .
This is done by a series of laps where maximum speeds can be obtained, but using lower brake pressure (the rider has to brake earlier) . It is important that the pads are allowed to cool after bedding in and before racing.
The pads are now ready for racing.
Before the race, during the warm-up lap, warm up the pads which will allow maximum efficiency from the first braking.
